To educate the families of Loveland, Colorado, about the importance of eating nutritionally dense food for optimum health.

Noel: The second my first-born daughter came into this world, my life changed. I wanted to be the best mother, wife, and person I could be. My second-born daughter only cemented my commitment. A part of this commitment is feeding my family the most nutritional, organic, and local food I can. I am directly in charge of their health and wellness. I want to give them the best headstart to help grow their brains, bodies, and self-esteem. I believe I am on the right track with my own family, and as a previous elementary school teacher, I want to educate and coach others so they can give their children this same healthy headstart in life. With childhood obesity percentages raising every year and the forecast that this generation of children won't live as long as their parents, I want to do my part to reverse this trend. My goal is to eventually open and direct a nonprofit center to teach nutrition and healthy cooking to all families in my community. Until then, I will research, read, and educate myself in all areas related to healthy eating, cooking, and living and share this info with you. It's never too late to put your family on track to living a healthier life.
